Sean Puryear

Chief Executive Officer

Sean Puryear serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Permian Oilfield Partners and oversees the company’s corporate strategy and operations. Prior to joining the company, Sean led the water team at Mewbourne Oil Company where he was responsible for the development and management of produced water infrastructure. Sean also served as Senior Engineer in both drilling and production and supervised the development of numerous oil, gas, and SWD wells in SE New Mexico. Sean holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and lives in SE New Mexico with his wife and son.

Gary Fisher

President

Gary Fisher serves as the President for Permian Oilfield Partners and oversees the company’s business management, geology, and regulatory operations. Prior to joining the company, Gary held numerous positions at Pioneer Energy Services ranging from District Manager, to Division Manager, to U.S. Technical Manager. In his 28 years of oil and gas experience, Gary has worked in basins throughout the U.S, Gulf of Mexico, and internationally in Venezuela and Indonesia. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Gary lives in Texas with his wife and has a daughter currently attending a university.

Tyler Ledlow

Chief Operating Officer

Tyler Ledlow serves as Chief Operating Officer for Permian Oilfield Partners and oversees the company’s business operations, as well as the design, development, and construction of the company’s major assets. Prior to joining Permian Oilfield Partners, Tyler was a Senior Production Engineer for Mewbourne Oil Company. Tyler worked extensively with facility and pipeline design and construction. Tyler holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and lives in SE New Mexico with his wife and their two daughters.

Alan Brooks

Vice President of Technology

Alan serves as Vice President of Technology for Permian Oilfield Partners and oversees the company’s electrical, automation, and technological growth and development. Prior to joining Permian Oilfield Partners, he spent 9 years serving as a Senior Controls Engineer for Tanklogix, an industry leading industrial Controls and Automation Company in Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. He has worked extensively with all types of production, water, wastewater, and pipeline facilities, as well as communication and controls technologies. Alan lives in Southeastern New Mexico with his wife and their five kids.

Brent Nelson

Vice President of Business Development

Brent Nelson serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Permian Oilfield Partners and is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relations regarding each customer’s specific water management and mud disposal needs. Prior to joining the company, Brent, spent 12 years serving within Halliburton. Brent has held management roles and leadership roles in both operations and sales in both Louisiana and Houston areas. Brent holds a B.S. in both Management and Marketing from Texas Tech University. He currently lives in the Houston area with his wife and two sons.
